YOGAYA PRANAYA
There's an old saying that a healthy mind always stays in a healthy body, the importance of which we realised during the recent pandemic. Everyone was searching for ways to stay healthy physically as well as mentally. Our sages in ancient times practised yoga daily and the benefits of which are mentioned even in the Vedas. Now the question arises of the relevance of yoga today. As the lives of many have come to a halt and leading a sedentary life due to the virus. Hence, being in lockdown and staying fit is the need of the hour, so the answer is YOGA or Pranayam.
The government is promoting to stay fit and boost your immunity as the deadly virus can be fought only by having a yogic mind and body. Yoga not only gives you a physical and mental well-being but it also gives you a window to your spiritual side, so practising yoga daily makes you a superior being.
