For someone who does not know what an OBM does, what do you do? I like describing an OBM as a clone of a business owner in their backend. Supporting the Business owner in their day to day operations and project management so the business owner has more time in their day to complete only the tasks they can do such as guest speaking at an event! I help and support small business owners and entrepreneurs to manage and organize their business. I work as their collaborative partner helping with their business strategy to grow and scale.  When people ask me what an OBM does I say that I work beside business owners as a strategic partner to help manage their business! We have known that there is a major problem with India’s labor force: the women are missing.  India currently ranks 70 out of 77 nations on the Female Entrepreneurship Index.  Women entrepreneurs constitute only 10 percent of the total number of entrepreneurs in the country. You are out of words, thoughts and suddenly you don’t know who you are.  You can use as many adjectives to describe yourself that you want, my personal favorite would be honest, friendly, caring and you can go on forever.  But this doesn’t mean that you defined yourself. Is it? Probably, no because there are so many things comprising YOU. You are made up of dreams, desires, ambitions, stardust, and magic. To be a healthy and successful nation UHC is indispensable. A healthy nation is one where citizens' physical and mental well being is ensured. A successful nation is one where people are happy and prosperous, the inequality levels are low and the country is self-reliant and helps other nations in need.
